Week 1: Identity & Calling

- Life Track Deliverable: A Calling Map — your purpose statement plus your 3 key life arenas (e.g. relationships, health, service)

Week 2 • Clearing the Terrain
- Core Focus: Removing internal obstacles
- What We Do Together: Teaching on limiting beliefs, inner wounds, fear; journaling and release exercises
- Life Track Deliverable: A “Release List” of 3–5 beliefs or stories to deactivate + new affirmations
- Business Track Deliverable: A list of 3 entrepreneurial blocks + declarations or action steps to overcome them

- Core Focus: Harmonizing your inner world to support your vision
- What We Do Together: Teaching emotional regulation, spiritual rhythms, thought renewal; guided practices
- Life Track Deliverable: A Personal Rhythm Plan — your daily/weekly spiritual + wellness structure
